Christmas Day 2012

Reid is an early riser, but normally we make him go back to bed or play in his room until 6 am.  This morning, however, Frank was up at 5:15, waiting for Reid to wake up and to start our Christmas festivities.  So, 5:40 was the magic moment when Reid came into our room, and we went out to see what Santa brought.  The first words out of Reid's mouth were, "a train, a train!"  He loves his new Thomas Train and track!

... and then found Buzz and Woody, two of his favorite Disney characters. (oops, filmed it sideways, chalk it up to the "learning" thing.)

 After that, Woody helped pick out all the gifts and pass them out.  It was a wonderful morning, and we finished it off with the missionaries joining us for Christmas brunch.  We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and take the time to focus on our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

Frank and Reid both received new baseball gloves, and can't wait for warmer weather to try them out!

Kennedy Blog Introduction

Our family Christmas gift this year was a camera with a video recorder, so that Julia and Kayla could keep up with all the happenings of their little brother, and soon to be two little brothers!  The shots are rough, as we work on both the camera and the blog thing.  We hope you enjoy sharing a bit of our family!
